OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Returns within 10 days, with the proof of purchase. Items must be in the same condition that you received it , with tags on .No returns on used products. In case you receive a damage item you must contact us immediately within 24 hours from the day you receive the item.
No returns on items on sales, unless it is faulty or damage when you receive.
No returns on accessories or bags.
No refund.
In case you return a damaged item on sale you must choose an item on sale or from the same collection.
No exchange on discounted items with new collection items.
Costumers pay the return fees unless the item is damage when you receive.
Αλλαγές εντός 10 ημερών μαζί με την απόδειξη αγοράς. Το προιόν πρέπει να είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση όπως το παραλάβατε με τα καρτελάκια πάνω. Σε περίπτωση που παραλάβετε ελλατωματικό προιόν θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε άμεσα μαζί μας, εντός 24 ωρών από την μέρα παραλαβής.
Δεν γίνονται αλλαγες σε προιόντα που είναι σε έκπτωση, εκτός αν το προιόν είναι ελαττωματικό οταν το παραλάβετε.
Δεν γίνονται αλλαγες σε κοσμήματα και τσάντες.
Δεν γινεται επιστροφή χρήματων.
Σε περίπτωση αλλαγής σε κάποιο ελαττωματικό προιόν που είναι σε προσφορά η αλλαγή γίνεται μόνο με προιόντα της προσφοράς ή της ίδιας συλλογής.
Τα προιόντα που είναι σε πρόσφορά δεν γίνονται αλλαγή με προιόντα από νέες συλλόγες.
Ο πελάτης πλήρώνει τα έξοδα επίστροφής εκτός και αν το προιόν ήταν ελαττωματίκο οταν το παράλαβε.
